Tehran is prepared to restart atomic talks with the United States on condition that it is handled with "dignity" and "respect", Tehran's foreign minister has declared.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed new appeals had originated from mediators to reopen negotiations with the American leadership. He claimed Iran did not have undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran was not yet able to allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect attacked atomic facilities for protective measures.

Navigating a Difficult Course

Araghchi is treading a challenging course since Iran wishes not to be seen to be acting from a position of disadvantage, and he consistently maintained that Iran had emerged more resilient in military terms and mentally from the coordinated strike on its nuclear sites in June.

He added: "We effectively endured this war. Our atomic expertise, which they planned to eliminate, stays intact. The installations and equipment, if destroyed, will be restored; what is crucial is the resolve of the Iranian people and then the unity of the country that they sought to undermine, but were unable to break. The Iranian people have grown more resilient, more integrated, and more backing of the administration and the nation in the face of this invasion."
